Sustainability has always been part of the fabric of Vacherin. Our staff instinctively choose sustainable options during their working day.

We've achieved the highest '3 Star' rating in sustainability from the Sustainable Restaurant Association (SRA), after assessing 14 key areas of our operations. For our commitment to sourcing Free Range eggs from British farms, we've been awarded the 'Good Egg Award 2015' from Compassion in World Farming.

Our award winning three-pillar approach to Food Sourcing, Environment and Society has put us at the top of our field in terms of environmental sustainability and social responsibility, having been named winners of the Environmental Management in SMEs at the Sustainable City Awards in 2011 and Sustainable Food category in 2009, Lunch Business CSR Award in 2015, as well as the CSR Award at the Foodservice Cateys in 2015.

Our approach to sustainability is ubiquitous throughout our many locations in central London as we work with our clients' own environmental teams to ensure our actions compliment their own in creating positive social impact and treating our environment responsibly when providing catering and related services.
