Hot Nosh "Sweet stitch up!"
Today's final day of Hot Nosh 2011 had something for everyone, with our teams tasked to produce a sweet souffle as well as either a classic or contemporary savoury.
Our guest judges were treated to some truly inspirational and memorable creations, but were unanimous in selecting Epic, the team from Disney, as the pick of the bunch with their pannacotta of Stilton on parmesan shortbread, and raspberry souffle - but who is the overall winner of the Vacherin Prix d'Or?
