The 2nd annual Vacherin Christmas Pudding competition saw entries flood in from chefs, front of house staff and head office team members all hoping to have their creation crowned as the official Vacherin Christmas Pudding 2011. The stand-out entry was from the Disney chefs team, with the judges declaring it the best for consistency, colour, taste and alcohol content. The pud now has the honour of being the official recipe for all Vacherin operations this year.
