Sustainable Fish City
Vacherin has become one of the first caterers to sign up to Sustain’s Sustainable Fish Pledge – aiming to make London the first ever Sustainable Fish City.
We have been committed to a strict sustainable fish policy for over 3 years, under which we never use fish from the Marine Conservation Society’s Fish to Avoid list and actively promote the fish on the Fish to Eat list, so are delighted to support this new initiative.
