At Vacherin, we're all about celebrating the art of speciality coffee. This year, our Barista-of-the-Year competition held at UCL School of Pharmacy saw a remarkable turnout of talented baristas.

Participants showcased their prowess in latte art, espresso extraction, and a range of other speciality coffee techniques, impressing our panel of expert judges, including Operations Director Tom Rule, Union Coffee trainer Tom Jolliffe, and Head of Coffee for CH&CO, Tim Squirell.

After intense rounds and neck-and-neck finishes, we're thrilled to congratulate Kristy Chau for clinching the Brilliant Basics category, closely followed by Iana Bereghici in second place.

A big shoutout to all who participated and our fantastic suppliers, including Bio&Me, Fairfield Scrips, Tony's Chocaloney, The Popcorn Shed, Union Coffee, and The Roasting Party.
