Highlights from Our Spring Innovation Forum!

At our recent Spring Innovation Forum, we brought together 150 of our General Managers and Chefs under one roof for a spectacular showcase of innovative ideas, setting the stage for an exciting season ahead. Here are some of the highlights that left our team buzzing with inspiration:

 

Culinary Delights Unveiled:

Our new Culinary Consultant, Sabrina Gidda, stole the spotlight as she introduced her groundbreaking Modern South Asian Kitchen hospitality concept. Created in collaboration with Executive Development Chef Stephen Humphries, the menus are a burst of vibrancy, colour, and distinctive, powerful flavours.

 

Seasonal Show Stoppers:

Head of Food, Alex Rowe, and the food team treated our guests to a feast with a stunning array of delights. From homemade mini pork pies to jaw-dropping multi-tiered piñata cakes for Easter, get ready to indulge in a huge range of seasonal flavours that will leave your taste buds tingling.

 

Adding Sparkle to Every Moment:

Kirsty Sosa, our Head of Sparkle, shared her secrets on bringing a touch of magic to our sites. From beautiful decorations to styling tips, she's set to transform our spaces into enchanting experiences that captivate and delight.

 

Spring Marketing Unveiled:

Our Marketing Manager, Katie Laden, unveiled the Spring Marketing Pack, loaded with captivating imagery from our shoot with Development Chef Sam Walton. Packed with top customer propositions, this pack is designed to help our teams bring our seasonal events to life with engaging and delicious experiences.

 

Supplier Spotlight:

We were honoured to host some of our inspiring suppliers, including Vegetarian Express and Eat Curious, whose plant-based products sparked the creative juices of our chefs. Masafina, an authentic Mexican food producer, wowed us with their hand-ground corn tortillas and unique salsas. All this incredible food was complemented by refreshing juices made with Fairtrade ingredients from Lemonaid.
