Sabrina joins the Vacherin family as a Culinary Consultant, collaborating closely with our Head of Food, Alex Rowe, and our exceptional food team. Her primary focus will revolve around menu innovation and talent development.

But it doesn't stop there! Our collaboration with Sabrina goes beyond the ordinary. We share a true commitment to effecting positive change within the catering industry. Together, we aspire to attract and nurture young chefs, particularly focusing on empowering women in food and championing racial equity within the sector.

Sabrina is more than a chef; she's an accomplished Hospitality Consultant with a celebrated background. Her achievements include The Roux Scholarship, appearances on Great British Menu, multiple TV appearances and her debut book, Modern South Asian Kitchen. Sabrina brings her exciting, global approach to food and cooking and extensive experience to the Vacherin team.
