Vacherin Success at the Salon Culinaire

Vacherin entered ten of our Chefs into the world famous, Salon Culinaire held at the ExCel Centre London.

The International Salon Culinaire, founded in 1902 is regarded as one of the world’s top competitions for chefs. The event was held live in front of a crowd and spread out over three gruelling days testing our chefs’ skills in front of industry experts.

Director of Food, Paula O’Neill says, “I am truly delighted that we had 10 chefs taking part in this year’s competition. It was amazing to see these chefs grow not only their skills but also in their confidence. At Vacherin we are focused on grass roots training. Coaching and mentoring our chefs to become our future leaders! It is inspiring to watch these chefs flourish before our eyes. Congratulations, we are so proud!”
