London’s premier catering provider, Vacherin, has won a five-year contract with ITV, the UK’s biggest commercial broadcaster. The contract will see Vacherin delivering a variety of catering services at the company’s existing site in Gray’s Inn Road and new temporary offices in Waterhouse Square.
ITV was looking to appoint a service provider for the design and onsite catering provision at its new Waterhouse Square accommodation and its existing Gray’s Inn Road base for a period of five years, with the option to extend in 12-month increments.
Each site serves 900 staff and Vacherin was selected to support ITV’s ethos of being a great place to work, enhancing the workplace and overall employee experience. The Vacherin team will deliver awareness programmes for ITV’s employees on current and emerging food trends, as well as devising innovative and progressive catering options and supporting with events.
Ian Jones, ITV’s director of workplace services and estates, stated that Vacherin “provided the most innovative proposal of all, offering new and exciting ideas to entice our workforce, together with robust support and development plans to the onsite teams. We are looking forward to building our relationship with Vacherin to create an even more effective and supported environment for ITV colleagues.”
Phil Roker, managing director of Vacherin has said: “We’re thrilled to have been chosen as the service partner to support ITV at its London sites. This contract win demonstrates a growing interest in prestigious London sites. We look forward to providing ITV’s workforce with a fresh and personalised hospitality provision.”
