We  are looking for a self-motivated porter with good customer skills to join our team. Duties will consist of assisting with delivering supplies to kitchens, cleaning duties, delivery collection, unpacking of deliveries, assisting the kitchen with some food prep and assisting in the pantries when required.

Hospitality Assistant - E1W, E1, EC2M, WC2R

Catering Manager SW1W

We are looking for someone with prior management experience in cafe, hospitality and events. They must be passionate about food and current trends, possess an understanding of finances and budgetary constraints, be a team player and be able to encourage and develop the existing team of five to deliver an evolving food offer.  This position will start in mid October and will be for a minimum of 9 Months.

General Assistant - E1W

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing and experienced individual to work in our very busy restaurant. Duties include getting involved in a variety of tasks such as sandwich making, cleaning duties, customer service and keeping up with all the necessary health and food safety requirements.

Sous Chef - EC2

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of cooking and design menus in conjunction with the head chef. They will be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen areas meet statutory and company requirements of H&S, FS, allergens and environmental legislation and procedures. Our services include staff dining, free issue and extensive hospitality services for small and large events, plated banqueting service, canapé receptions and hot fork buffets for up to 200 covers. 

Cafe Manager - E1

We are looking for a Cafe Manager to manage a team of 11 with responsibility for the café providing breakfast, lunch and evening services, coffee bar and vending. This role reports into the general manager and works alongside a hospitality manager. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate flair and imagination to deliver impeccable service, drive sales and manage costs.

Barista - NW1, EC2M, W1G, EC4M

We are looking for an enthusiastic team players who are reliable, hardworking, bubbly and efficient. The ideal candidate must have vast knowledge of coffees and be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated and use their own initiative and is of course, able to make great coffee! 

Brasserie Waiter - NW1 

We are looking for a candidate with a can do attitude, great customer service skill, have an eye for detail and be able to oversee day to day service in our Brasserie. The candidate must know how to make a great coffee and have health and food safety knowledge. Training will be provided.

Hospitality Assistant (maternity cover) - EC2M

We are on the lookout for a remarkable Hospitality Assistant to join our team. As well as having excellent presentation, communication and F&B knowledge, they will be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and service and possess bags of enthusiasm.

We are looking for multiple vibrant and enthusiastic Chef De Partie to work at various locations. They must be a real foodie with a passion for seasonality, sustainability and a keen eye for food trends. Candidates must be able to prepare food to the highest standard and comply with health & food safety and must be up to date with latest allergen legislation.

 

Hospitality Supervisor E1 

We are looking for Hospitality Supervisor to join one of our teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Hospitality operation with daily hot and cold buffets, fine dining, canapé and bowl food receptions and finger food events. Hospitality consists of 9 external and internal meeting rooms. They will be responsible for permanent and casual front of house team members and be in charge of hospitality operations in the absence of Hospitality Manager

 

Senior Chef de Partie - W1G 

We are looking for a vibrant & enthusiastic Senior CDP to join our team. We are looking for a real foodie with a passion for seasonality, sustainability and a keen eye for food trends. The ideal candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team as well as possess a great attention to detail and be able to adapt to the demands of the business.                                                                                                                                                                   

 

Kitchen Porter - NW1, EC4M, NW10

The head kitchen porter is responsible for carrying out duties in a safe and hygienic manner, maintaining dishwashing machines as well as supervising the thorough cleaning of walls, floors, trolleys, food preparation surfaces and utensils. They also liaise regularly with the Head/Sous Chef to ensure schedules are followed as well as identify areas in need of further attention.

 

General Assistant - NW10

We are looking for a General Assistant to join our funky cafe team in Acton. This person must be reliable, punctual and possess great work ethics.

 

Evening Junior Sous Chef - EC2M

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help the Sous Chef & Head Chef to help oversee the preparation of food in the evenings. When the Sous Chef or Head Chef are absence the Junior Sous Chef is in charge of the kitchen
