Kitchen Porter - SW1, E14

The ideal candidate must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Have great work ethic and be able to adapt to the demands of the business. They must be able to work in line with and execute Vacherin standards as well as all Vacherin Health & Safety and Food Safety procedures. Training will be provided.

Sous Chef - EC2

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering a high standard of cooking and design menus in conjunction with the head chef. They will be responsible for ensuring that the kitchen areas meet statutory and company requirements of H&S, FS,allergens and environmental legislation and procedures. Our services include staff dining, free issue and extensive hospitality services for small and large events, plated banqueting service, canapé receptions and hot fork buffets for up to 200 covers. 

Cafe Manager - E1

Managing a team of 11 with responsibility for a café providing breakfast, lunch and evening services, coffee bar and vending, reporting into a general manager and working alongside a hospitality manager. Ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate flair and imagination to deliver impeccable service, drive sales and manage costs.

Barista - NW1, EC2M

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who is reliable, hardworking and efficient with bubbly personality and great people skills. The ideal candidate must have immense knowledge on coffees and be able to work under pressure, be self-motivated use own initiative and be able to make great coffee.

Brasserie Waiter - NW1 

The right candidate must have a can do attitude, deliver great customer service, have an eye for detail and be able to oversee day to day service in our Brasserie. The applicant must know how to make a great coffee and have health and food safety knowledge. Training will be provided.

Hospitality Assistant - E1W

Hospitality Supervisor E1 

We are looking for Hospitality Supervisor to join our team.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for the Hospitality operation with daily hot and cold buffets, fine dining, canapé and bowl food receptions and finger food events. Hospitality consists of 9 external and internal meeting rooms. They will be responsible for permanent and casual front of house team members and be in charge of hospitality operations in absence of Hospitality Manager

Hospitality Assistant EC4R 

The successful candidate will be enthusiatsic and flexible. They will be immaculate in both appearance and communication with 5* hotel experience or a similar role in a contract catering environment.

Kitchen Porter - NW1

The head kitchen porter is responsible for carrying out duties in a safe and hygienic manner, maintaining dishwashing machines as well as supervising the thorough cleaning of walls, floors, trolleys, food preparation surfaces and utensils. They also liaise regularly with the Head/Sous Chef to ensure schedules are followed as well as identify areas in need of further attention.

Evening Junior Sous Chef - EC2M

We are looking for a Junior Sous Chef to help the Sous Chef & Head Chef to help oversee the preparation of food in the evenings. When the Sous Chef or Head Chef are absence the Junior Sous Chef is in charge of the kitchen

Hospitality Supervisor- EC2M

We are a looking for self motivated team player to join us as Hospitality Supervisor. This role is responsible for the hospitality operation of a busy site with daily hot and cold buffets, client dining, canape and bowl food receptions and finger food events
