2 NEW CONTRACT WINS: WHAT A GREAT START TO OUR FINANCIAL YEAR

We are delighted to report a great start to our financial year, which began in September, as we opened two new contracts: one with the Royal College of Pathologists in Aldgate at a purpose built new location; and one with a global provider of leadership advisory services, whose London team has recently relocated to Victoria. The Royal College of Pathologists was scheduled to move into their new building in the autumn of this year and were looking for an experienced service partner to mobilise and operate their new venue ‘Events at No. 6’ – at the same time providing services for a full calendar of College events, conferences and internal meetings. They needed a partner who had the energy and resource to spearhead the growth of the event space by promoting it to internal stakeholders, and to the wider marketplace. We took part in a competitive tender process for the three-year contract which was awarded to us in the spring.

At Events at No. 6 we'll be providing hospitality, catering, reception services and overseeing the management of the events venue and the members’ lounge area. The conference and event space will be open for external events from January 2019.

Our remit for our new client in Victoria is to provide hospitality and fine dining within the firm’s client suite on the top floor of their prestigious new building.

These new contracts continue Vacherin’s financial and commercial success – last year we reported a 100 per cent client retention rate and turnover in excess of £25m. These two new contracts have a combined value of £4 million.

Chief Executive at the Royal College of Pathologists, Daniel Ross, said: ‘We’re excited to begin this journey with Vacherin, who have a great reputation in London. I’m particularly looking forward to seeing the wide range of exciting food and beverage options to suit the varied customer base likely to be using our new venue.’

Phil Roker said of the wins: ‘After an incredibly successful year for Vacherin last year, we’re thrilled to see such a great start already. These two contract wins further cement our standing in the London market and we’re excited to be further developing our offering with the new venue space as part of the Royal College of Pathologists partnership.’
