Our chefs spent a meaningful day at Luminary Bakery, working alongside an inspiring social enterprise dedicated to training, empowerment and opportunity.

The visit formed part of a wider initiative supporting female chefs across Vacherin, creating space for learning, connection and shared growth.

Our Annual Client Christmas event transformed London into an immersive dining journey, blending creativity, storytelling and festive celebration.

Guests were taken through a series of themed spaces inspired by iconic London districts, each designed to deliver a unique culinary and sensory experience.

Crush the Rush 2025 brought together our barista teams for one of the most high-energy and fast-paced coffee competitions in the Vacherin calendar.

Across a full day of pressure, precision and performance, teams went head-to-head to test speed, consistency and craft under real competition conditions.

Last week, 16 of our incredible chefs and front-of-house team stepped inside the iconic world of Harrods for an immersive culinary tour -  made all the better with the store in full festive mode.

Guided by Denis Marcone from Guest Relations, Victoria Rolle from Restaurant Events and Exec Sous Chef Faye Morris, our team was given a rare opportunity to step behind the scenes.

This year’s edition of our Vacherin Barista Competition, Crush the Rush, brought another exciting opportunity to celebrate the talent of our baristas. Last Friday, we witnessed an incredible display of skill, precision, and control as our baristas poured coffees at speed. 

At this year’s StrEATfood Awards, Vacherin chef Shaun French stepped onto the live stage, bringing bold flavour, creativity and confidence to one of the UK’s most exciting street-food celebrations.

Our Winter Innovation Forum brought together chefs, partners, designers and makers to explore how innovation, sustainability and creativity can shape the future of hospitality.

At the heart of the day was a shared focus on responsibility — how we cook, design and think differently to build a more conscious food culture.

Vacherin Voices brings together leaders from sport and business to explore what true performance, leadership and teamwork really look like.

At our latest event, we were joined by Sam Warburton OBE, Becky Stormer, Abi Oyepitan and Guy Gregory for a powerful morning of conversation, reflection and inspiration.

Last weekend the Vacherin team conquered Three Peaks challenge, capping a landmark year and 10 year partnership with Luminary Bakery. Our Three Peaks Challenge was more than just a climb, it was a celebration of purpose and teamwork.

Our team took a break from coffee and spent the afternoon exploring the world of tea with one of our trusted partners, Good & Proper.

This month, Vacherin proudly launched the first site in its Glass Plate Project - an exclusive collaboration with renowned ceramist Mark Ciavola, the creative force behind Glass Porcelain.
