HOT SHOTS 2018

Vacherin  people from across our business came together last night at Hot Shots, our annual awards ceremony which is now in its 6th year. The event was held in the marquee within the stunning grounds of Regent’s University London. Over 120 of our staff joined us to celebrate the talented and hard working individuals within Vacherin.

Vacherin Hot Shots recognise those who have gone above and beyond in their roles to deliver innovation and passion in all that they do. The Hot Shot awards were awarded in twenty different categories, including Marketeer of the Year, CSR Vacherin Cares, Most Creative Ideas (Sparkle), Customer Service, entrée Receptionist of the Year and Employee of the Year.  Those who have gained qualifications and completed their apprenticeships were also recognised for their achievements.

Dan Kelly, Director of Food, announced the ten category winners of Hot Nosh, the culinary and creative competition held in June.

Our owners, Mark Philpott and Phil Roker, presented the Triple D Award for the Tastier, Brighter and Stronger categories which were won by Erjon Lasku, Agron Meta and Mariola Legierska respectively. Mark and Phil described how each of these exceptional people personify Vacherin’s three brand personalities which give these particular awards their name.

We were very proud to present our 5, 10 and 15 Year Long Service Awards to 22 of our Vacherin employees to recognise their loyal service and continued contribution which has helped to forge Vacherin into the company it is today.

Finally, Employee of the Year, presented by Mark, was awarded by to Head Chef Nick Jarvis for his outstanding contribution to every area of our business, the strength of his relationship with our clients and customers and his mentoring and development of his team.
