Our partnership with Ashurst to support the Shoreditch Trust this Christmas

The London office of global law firm Ashurst is supporting local charity, the Shoreditch Trust by funding 100 meals per week, prepared and cooked in Ashurst’s onsite kitchens by our Vacherin catering team.

Led by Vacherin General Manager Campbell Brown, the first 100 meals for members of the local community in need was delivered last week, with weekly production of the boxed hot meals continuing for the foreseeable future.

Phil Roker, Managing Director of Vacherin said “It’s great to have the generous support of our client Ashurst in using their kitchen facilities and our staff to support the Trust’s Covid-19 appeal. Their generosity is enabling the production of hot, healthy meals for those who have been impacted by the pandemic and are unable to prepare food for themselves, or who do not have the means to feed themselves and their families. I’m immensely proud of Campbell and his team for taking the initiative to get this project underway and to Ashurst for their incredible support."

Ruth Harris, Ashurst's London office managing partner, added: "We are absolutely delighted to work with Vacherin in helping to contribute to the Shoreditch Trust Food Appeal. At Ashurst, we are committed to supporting our wider communities with ongoing broad scale collaboration and resource deployment during times of crisis. I would also like to thank the Vacherin catering team for their enthusiasm and commitment to the project."
