Vacherin Sous Chef Ed did his charity days at the Springboard charity earlier this week. For those who don’t know– the Springboard charity is helping young people to achieve their potential, supporting unemployed people and those facing multiple barriers to work. Ed enjoyed his visit with the students! “Firstly a huge thank you for taking the time to visit the students! They were very attentive, tried to invite their friends from the playground and said they would take GCSE food if it meant you would come back. Their faces when you used the blowtorch on the meringue were brilliant! So I think it was a huge success- thank you “ said Carina Jones , Youth Programmes Manager.
